The project includes the construction of a new primary school that respects the NZEB requirements with an annexed gym and cultural services open to citizens, the redevelopment of a large park area and a portion of the city center. THE SCHOOL: In the low irrigated plain the courtyard represents the most typical and recognizable image of the landscape. The farmhouses represent the symbol par excellence. Thus was born the idea of developing a school building with a courtyard, in order not to lose the traces of the past, but reinterpreting the theme through softer and more organic forms that can be well combined with the sinuous lines of the new park.
THE URBAN PARK: it is structured on two main axes, one north-south connecting the Municipality and the swimming pools, while the other east-west, which from the center through the school leads to the park center. Clusters have been inserted within the green system which, linked together by a series of secondary pedestrian paths, define the various landscape units that characterize the park as a common thread.

Il progetto prevede la costruzione di una nuova scuola elementare che rispetta i requisiti Nzeb con annessi una palestra e dei servizi culturali, la riqualificazione di un’ampia area verde da destinare a parco urbano e una porzione del centro città. LA SCUOLA: nella bassa pianura irrigua la corte rappresenta l’immagine più tipica e riconoscibile del paesaggio. Le cascine ne rappresentano il simbolo per eccellenza. Nasce così l’idea di sviluppare un edificio scolastico a corte, per non perdere le tracce del passato, ma reinterpretando il tema attraverso delle forme più morbide e organiche che ben si possono sposare con le linee sinuose del nuovo parco. IL PARCO URBANO: il parco è strutturato su due assi principali, uno nord-sud di collegamento tra il Comune e le piscine, mentre l’altro est-ovest, che dal centro attraverso la scuola conduce al Centro parco.
All'interno del sistema verde sono stati inseriti dei cluster che, legati tra loro da una serie di percorsi pedonali secondari, definiscono come un fil rouge le diverse unità di paesaggio che caratterizzano il parco.
