The project involves the construction of a villa characterized by two main volumes, a lower one, dedicated to the living spaces, and a tower that houses the sleeping area. Internally the space is divided into several levels, with mezzanines and double heights, giving complexity to an apparently rigid volume. All the rooms are pervaded by light thanks to the large windows which at the same time offer a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape and the vast outdoor garden.

Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di una villa caratterizzata da due volumi principali, uno più basso, dedicato agli spazi giorno, e uno a torre che ospita la zona notte. Internamente lo spazio si articola su più livelli, con soppalchi e doppie altezze, conferendo complessità ad un volume apparentemente rigido. Tutti gli ambienti sono pervasi dalla luce grazie alle ampie vetrate che offrono al tempo stesso una meravigliosa vista sul panorama circostante e sul vasto giardino esterno di proprietà.
