FACTOR I.A. – PASSIVE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING. The topic of contemporary eco-friendly residence has been addressed to conform a building structure that could respond not only to advanced technological and scientific features, but which also arises from a contemporary expressive research. The design of the building follows an approach based on the maximum simplicity of the construction and the technologies used, the high lightness of the components (in terms of weight and energy content), the maximization of urban parameters, the cost containment of materials, technologies and post-construction management.

FACTOR I.A.  – EDIFICIO RESIDENZIALE PASSIVO.
Il tema della residenza contemporanea ecosostenibile è stato affrontato conformando un organismo edilizio che risponda non solo a caratteri scientifico-tecnologici avanzati ma che nasca anche da una  ricerca espressiva contemporanea. La progettazione dell’edificio segue un approccio improntato alla massima semplicità della costruzione e delle tecnologie impiegate, all’elevata leggerezza dei componenti tanto in termini di peso quanto in termini di contenuti energetici, al massimo sfruttamento dei parametri urbanistici, al contenimento dei costi sia direttamente dei materiali e delle tecnologie impiegate che indirettamente nella gestione post costruzione.
