C.O.R.ZE.T.TI – Oncological center, nursing home, rehabilitative treatments. The specific location of the project area and its current industrial characteristic, let us to imagine the possibility of setting up a project that combined functions linked to social welfare and activities of research related to the world of health care. Pursuing the aim to build an innovative health center, the project involves the insertion of an oncological and rehabilitative research center. In conjunction with the nursing home, it could become a new reference point for the near structures already active in the area and for the companies that are interested in investing in the sector. Some of the industrial elements were reconfigured and integrated in the project as new landmark of the area to emphasize the link between tradition and innovation.

C.O.R.ZE.T.TI  - Centro Oncologico, ResidenZE assistite e Trattamenti riabilitanTI. La particolare collocazione dell’area di progetto e la sua attuale connotazione di carattere industriale ci hanno portati ad immaginare la possibilità di insediare in questo luogo un progetto che coniugasse funzioni di carattere socio assistenziale e attività di ricerca legate al mondo sanitario. Perseguendo la finalità di realizzare un polo sanitario dal carattere innovativo, il progetto prevede l’inserimento di un centro di ricerca oncologico e riabilitativo che, in affiancamento alla struttura della Residenza Socio Assistenziale (RSA), possa divenire un nuovo polo di riferimento per le strutture attive già presenti sul territorio e per le aziende interessate ad investire nel settore. Alcuni degli elementi industriali preesistenti sono stati riconfigurati ed integrati nel nuovo progetto definendoli quali landmark dell’area per sottolineare la volontà di ricerca di continuità tra tradizione ed innovazione.
