DBmLab Architects is an architectural firm founded in 2010 by Giuseppe Joi Donati and Alice Bottelli. Since many years, the office makes research activities both in the world of design, through national and international competitions, both in the academic world, working at different scales of urban planning, architecture and design.
The design is addressed to a careful reinterpretation of the architectural tradition with an emphasis on the complex and articulated meanings of contemporary living and its dynamic and elegant figurative language. The attention in the design process is aimed at the highest performance, functional/fruitive and figurative quality of the project and, with the same intensity, at creative, economic, environmental and social aspects.
The office is able to support the customer by following it in the choices, presenting the various opportunities and sharing evaluations from the preliminary stages to the construction and direction of the works. We can also answer to different customer needs through a network of local and foreign professional consultants who are able to provide complete services about the aspects related to plant design, energy, fire prevention, structural and technological solutions, all avant-garde in the various disciplinary sectors.
We use Bim Systems Solutions to support the design and create and manage projects efficiently.
DBmLab Architects è uno studio di architettura fondato nel 2010 da Giuseppe Joi Donati e Alice Bottelli. Da molti anni l'ufficio svolge attività di ricerca sia nel mondo del design, attraverso concorsi nazionali e internazionali, che nel mondo accademico, lavorando alle diverse scale della pianificazione urbana, dell'architettura e del design.
La progettazione è indirizzata verso un'attenta reinterpretazione dei caratteri architettonici tradizionali con un'enfasi sulle complesse e articolate sfaccettature dell'abitare contemporaneo e dei suoi dinamici ed eleganti linguaggi figurativi. L'attenzione nel processo di progettazione è rivolta al raggiungimento della massima qualità, sia dal punto di vista prestazionale che per quanto riguarda la fruibilità e la funzionalità del progetto senza tralasciare gli aspetti creativi, economici, ambientali e sociali.
Lo studio è in grado di supportare il cliente seguendolo nelle scelte, presentando le varie opportunità e condividendo le valutazioni a partire dalle fasi preliminari fino alla costruzione e direzione dei lavori. Siamo inoltre in grado di rispondere alle diverse esigenze dei clienti attraverso una rete di consulenti professionali, nazionali ed internazionali, in grado di fornire servizi completi sugli aspetti relativi alla progettazione di impianti, energia, prevenzione incendi, soluzioni strutturali e tecnologiche, che siano all'avanguardia nei vari settori di competenza.
Utilizziamo un sistema di progettazione basato sul Building Information Modeling (BIM) per creare e gestire progetti in modo efficiente.
