In accordance with the general Masterplan, The intention, which led the design phase, was to respect the Program, re-defining the volumes according to the design guidelines, respecting the height constraints, alignment and general morphological prescriptions. It was preferred to proceed with adjustments and modifications, combining some buildings in line and the definition of symbolic tower elements.
